I signed up and uploaded some contents with the aim of copying the links and syncing with my website, but all the contents I uploaded I can't seem to find anywhere. How do I access all the audio files I uploaded on Filestack?

Filestack does not directly provide a list of uploaded files, so you would store each file’s URL in your local database. In order to do that, you should log Filestack´s response to the console and capture it there. Here’s a video to get you started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=412twL8xUBQ

I am trying to reach my account, but the verification mail doesn't show up in my Outlook. Can you please check what is wrong?

You should check your spam or trash folders. Also, services like Yahoo are automatically denied for security reasons. Try to create your account with another email provider if possible.

I can't see the preview of my uploaded file.

The file viewer is a paid add-on, you could buy it, or ask the Customer Success team to enable it temporarily to test it so you can upload files online without any hassle.

I would like to change my bank card to pay. What is the process?

  • Log in to your Developer´s Portal.
  • Go to your API key (the app you want to change)
  • On the left menu at the bottom, under your account, go to invoices.
  • There, you´ll find the Payment section, where you can easily update your info.

I'm trying to sign up on your platform, but it always says the captcha is invalid. Is there another way to sign up?

You should make sure that you don’t have anything blocked on the website, such as trackers or ad blockers. Disable them and try again. Alternately, try using another browser or an incognito window, just keep in mind that the site needs cookies and scripts to display and work correctly.

Our filestack account has stopped working in production with the error "{"error":"application is blocked"}" Can you help me track this down?

This error is directly related to an unpaid invoice. Sometimes debit cards don’t have enough funds for the automatic payment, credit cards run out of credit, or the cards expire. Please check your card at your bank in order for the payment to go through.
